This year at Quirks NYC, Intuify had the privilege of taking the stage with Brittne Kakulla from AARP to share a collaborative research project focused on a timely question: how do older adults want AI to support their lives? Using a Jobs-To-Be-Done framework and Intuify’s conversational, voice-based survey platform, we explored the needs, expectations, and emotional responses of older adults toward this rapidly evolving technology.
What made this project different? It wasn’t just about measuring opinions—it was about listening deeply. By engaging with participants in natural, empathetic conversation, the research unlocked nuanced insights that traditional surveys often miss. The result was a richer, more human understanding of how to build trust with a skeptical audience and design AI solutions that feel helpful, not overwhelming.
That emphasis on closeness, empathy, and agility echoed across the conference. Brands like Ally, UBS, and KIND Snacks shared how they’re moving toward faster, more integrated research models. Whether it was building insights panels from scratch, testing packaging in rapid cycles, or rethinking what metrics really matter, the message was clear: consumer understanding needs to be continuous, accessible, and connected to real business decisions.
This is where Intuify stands out. Our platform is designed for teams that want to do more with less—combining speed, depth, and intuitive tools to help researchers generate impact, not just data. Whether you're developing new products, tracking brand health, or exploring emerging technology, Intuify makes it possible to get the insights you need at the pace your organization demands.
We're grateful to AARP for partnering with us to demonstrate what’s possible when you listen differently, and to the broader Quirks community for pushing the conversation forward.
