In 2024, Cotton USA came to Intuify with a unique challenge: how do you address both UX and market research with a very busy global audience in multiple languages?

Intuify used groundbreaking qualitative-at-scale technology to implement a study that felt more like a conversation than a survey, allowing respondents to answer in their language, on any device, on their own time.

The results helped Cotton USA enhance one of their most prolific tools, and the methodology was shared at one of the preeminent market research conferences in 2025.
