Early-career Market Research Analyst - Full Time Remote

We’re excited to announce an opening for an early-career Analyst (0-2 years of experience)! This role is a mix of end-to-end client-facing responsibilities, survey programming, and project management. You'll work closely with Fortune 1000 clients, our founder, and the senior team on projects using cutting-edge market research tools and techniques. Your contributions will directly impact key decisions at world-leading brands, making this a unique opportunity for a motivated self-starter.

About the Role:

This role is a mix of client-facing responsibilities, technical survey programming, and project management. You will work directly with clients on projects involving innovative market research tools and methods.


Requirements:

  • 0-2 Years of Market Research Experience

  • A recommendation for your ability to take initiative and succeed in fast-paced environments.


Preferred but not required:

  • Qualtrics Programming experience

  • Experience with AI tools such as Chat GPT, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, etc.

What You’ll Do:

  • Client Market Research Project Work: Assist with designing and managing research projects using platforms like Qualtrics, Forsta, and other survey tools.

  • Questionnaire Development: Collaborate with clients to design engaging questionnaires that incorporate behavioral science, AI, and enhanced user experiences through visuals, voice, and video. We’ll train you to lead these efforts.

  • Analysis, Reporting & Presentation: Analyze data and create engaging, visually compelling reports to present findings to clients in a way that is both insightful and actionable.

  • Advanced Skills Development: Build expertise in emerging technologies, such as AI-driven research tools and user experience design, to stay at the forefront of the industry.

  • Client Contact: Build strong relationships with clients, working closely with them throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll be a visible and trusted point of contact.

  • Marketing Contributions: Author blog posts, edit copy, and contribute to marketing efforts. There may also be opportunities to speak at local events or webinars, establishing yourself as a thought leader in the space.
